This powerpoint presentation discusses a project at the City of Houston's (Texas) East Water Purification Plant (EWPP) called the Treatment Optimization and Support Project(TOSP). It was initiated in 2008 as amulti-year project for theoptimization ofsurface water plants,groundwater plants, re-pump stations, and thedistribution system. Project goals were toreduce chemical/energy costs, andmaintain superior water quality.
