This powerpoint presentation begins by providing a brief overview of Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources (DWR) and its backflow prevention program. Gwinnett DWR's new communication plan for it's backflow prevention program is presented, along with elements of the communications plan and plan implementation. The presentation measures the plan's success by presenting results of notification letters and reaching benchmarks. In 2007, GAWP received the Large SystemCross-Connection Award. Includes figure.
