The poster paper introduces the study with information on the typical desalination process using seawater reverse osmosis (SWRO), and the typical dechlorination process. Experimental methods include the following: proposed schematic diagram; benefits of ultraviolet (UV) dechlorination; and, pilot scale plant (100 msup3/sup/day). Results are presented for the biofouling study and factors affecting UV dose.Cart
