The objectives of this powerpoint presentation were tofamiliarize utility personnel, regulators, and other water industryprofessionals with the contents of the following guidance documents: Guidelines for the Physical Security of Wastewater/Stormwater Utilities; and, Guidelines for the Physical Security of Water Utilities. Background information on WISE documents is presented, along with a step-wise approachto using the documents that includes:Step 1 - Complete VulnerabilityAssessment;Step 2 - Characterize DBT; Step 3 - Identify Appropriate SecurityMeasures (the primary focus of Phase 3documents); and,Step 4 - Consider Consequence Mitigation.
