It goes on to provide an overview of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment's (CDPHE's) TMF Program, including:Individual TMF Assistance Program;TMF Group Training Workshops;Website and Electronic TMF Assistance Tool;Results; and,Lessons Learned.
