This powerpoint presentation begins by defining NTNC's asnon-transient, non-community watersupplies thatserve at least 25 people for 60 days ayear (same 25 people), and aretypically schools, daycare, orbusinesses/factories that have theirown source of water. The new Arsenic Rule:requires NTNC's to meet rule;for many, this is first time requiredto test, use certified operator, etc.;lack of training, management,financial support for treatment; and,many NTNC's in the upper midwest. Region 5 States includeIllinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio,Minnesota, and Wisconsin. They are involve in mapping current compliance status, and data concerning each of the five states in provided.
