This brief paper describes the Commercial Account Liaison Program, established in October of 2004 by Metro Water Services (MWS) in Nashville, Tennessee, to become more knowledgeable of its customers' needs and to provide better customer service. MWS team meetings with each customer, facility tours, consolidated billing practices, quarterly mailings on new develops have all contributed to the success of the Commercial Account Liaison Program and provide valuable feedback to MWS.
