This slide presentation outlines information on case studies in Kin-Men County, China, of water treatment plants (WTPs) with high dissolved organic carbon (DOC) in the water. Characterization of source water included:three major WTPs;lake water(stored rain water);R.T. 6 months;high DOC;low alkalinity;high Cl - and Br -; and, highly eutrophic.
