This slide presentation outlines information on the Greater Cincinnati Water Works' (GCWW) meter reading challenges. To solve these challenges, GCWW decided on an Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) program. Topics covered include: Hsub2/subO Radio, GCWW's meter reading program; customer service team; information technology team, active involvement in the RFP process from development to selection; billing operations sections; and, the Call Center, customer service.
