This slide presentation describes the Santa Monica Urban Runoff Recycling Facility (SMURRF) project. Its primary goal is to eliminate pollution of the Santa Monica Bay caused by dry weather runoff. Secondary goals include: produce alternate water supply; provide public education; and, create public art.
