The Village of Cornwall-on-Hudson, located in Orange County, New York, purchases most of its water from New York City. The Village also has a system of reservoirs, known as the Black Rock supply, which was taken out of service in 1992. This paper documents the process of planning, designing, and constructing filtration facilities necessary to place the Black Rock Supply back into operation. Includes tables, figures.
