Bench-scale screening-level treatment data is presented for compounds listed in the Contaminant Candidate List (CCL). All of the CCL compounds are predicted to be economically removed by either activated carbon or air stripping technologies. To complete the screening-level treatment database for these compounds, future work at the United States Environmental Protection Agency will investigate conventional treatment, softening, oxidation, and membrane technologies.
