The objective of this study was to characterize and optimize the recovery ofviruses from a tangential flow ultrafiltration system using different water typesand viruses. Data collected during this study will be used as a model that can beapplied to larger ultrafiltration cassettes used for field scale samples or as asecond-step concentration system.
