This paper describes the Medusa Corporation's development of an extremely large, streamlined fabric container as a flexible barge for transporting freshwater on the ocean surface. This new innovation is carefully explained, examined, and compared to other more well-known water supply augmentation methods such as seawater desalination, urban wastewater reclamation, and water conservation.
