The purpose of this presentation is to attempt to give some guidelines to those of you who are attempting to avoid "going down for the third time" in this deluge of regulations. It is so easy to become discouraged by the many (and sometimes conflicting) mandates and demands that a simple blueprint for survival is definitely needed.
