This paper gives a description of the pressure testing, beam testing, and use of EBAA Iron Inc.'s Series 2100 Megaflange field adaptable flanging system. This system allows flanged piping systems to be fabricated on-site from ductile-iron, PVC, or steel pipe, for connections at valves, fittings, etc. equipped with flanges conforming to ANSI/AWWA C110/A21.10, ANSI/AWWA C115/A21.15, ANSI/ASME B16.1 class 125, or ANSI/ASME B16.5 class 150.
