This paper discusses the initial computer modeling performed to size the future facility improvements for the Bellingham, Washington, Comprehensive Water Plan. Also discussed is the extensive modeling used to evaluate conditions and storage requirements when water treatment plant production exceeds actual system demands or system demands exceed production.
