This paper presents the procedures that were used to complete the underwater inspections of six concrete water reservoirs, each containing 20 million gallons of potable water, for the City of Phoenix over the past 5 years. Specifically, the discussion will review a procedure for the safe and sanitary inspection of a potable water reservoir.
