Therequirements contained in this specification are intended to serve as a universal set of tools for use byexplosive system manufacturers and users during all phases of development and certification. Thisinformation may also be used for guidance during preparation of acquisition contracts and programspecificdocuments, and may be used for explosive system applications unrelated to space vehicles.
